-Cancellation fees-
If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
11 days or less: Free
10-7 days or less: 10%
6-2 days or less: 30%
The day before: 50%
On the day: 100%

-Other notes-
If you have been drinking or are hungover at the time of booking the tour,you will not be able to participate in the snow trekking or snowboarding lesson.
In addition, a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation on the day.

The tour will proceed even if the weather is bad,
but there is a possibility that it may be canceled due to weather conditions such as heavy rain, heavy snow, or strong winds.
In that case, the tour fee will be refunded, but the customer will be responsible for transportation and accommodation costs to the site.
